The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate documentation, handle invoicing, manage reconciliation, and assist the finance team in delivering timely financial reports. This role is essential in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth accounting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, voucher entries, and documentation.Process sales and purchase invoices, maintain ledgers, and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of dues.Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.Work closely with the finance team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.Required Qualifications & SkillsStrong proficiency in Tally Prime and hands-on experience in accounting operations.Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance processes.Excellent bookkeeping, invoice management, and documentation skills.Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.Ability to follow up on payments professionally and ensure smooth receivable management.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Certifications in accounting or finance (preferred).Prior experience in compliance or financial report preparation is an added advantage.
