Accounting Manager | SaaS/FinTech | Remote (US-Based)

We are seeking a hands-on, systems-minded Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and strengthen the financial backbone of our growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to own core accounting functions, modernize processes through automation, and play a key part in strategic financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee general ledger, payroll, A/P, A/R, and cash reconciliationsLead the monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate reportsManage subscription billing and revenue recognition processesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisDrive automation and workflow improvements across accounting operationsPartner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of financial dataAssist with audits, compliance, and tax reportingSupport contract renewals and annual price adjustmentsQualifications5+ years of progressive accounting experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA or CPA track preferred)Experience with subscription/recurring revenue models (SaaS preferred)Strong understanding of US GAAPHands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Zoho, , and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)Proven ability to automate processes and improve reporting efficiencyDetail-oriented, organized, and deadline-drivenStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is a plusWhy This Role?This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to step into a high-impact position with room to grow into broader leadership responsibilities, including potential evolution into a Controller-level role.
