Major Responsibilities- Drive milk sales volume and revenue as per annual business plan.- Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territory- Ensure numeric & weighted distribution targets are met- Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partnersRole expectations- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales. Must have min exp., in Dairy industry- Strong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activities- Ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders
