Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control professional to join our team and contribute to driving quality excellence in a challenging and technically advanced environment. Responsibilities Lead implementation of QMS and customer-specific quality requirements across manufacturing stages Drive quality assurance practices – in-process checks, final inspections & third-party audits Participate in Kick-Off & Pre-Inspection Meetings with customers Investigate complaints, non-conformances & spearhead corrective/preventive actions Conduct audits at subcontractor and foundry locations Supervise inspectors, provide training, and ensure team alignment on quality goals Embrace and implement automation in inspection and documentation processes Ensure compliance to standards like ISO, EMS, OHSAS, and customer-specific requirements Desired Profile Education: B.E. – Mechanical Engineering Experience: 10–15 years in Quality Control (Valve industry exposure preferred) Certifications (Preferred): NDT Level II (RT, MT, PT, VT, UT) ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor AWS / CSWIP Welding Inspector Excellent leadership and communication skills
