Job Description:

HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER – FACTORY (Roles & Responsibilities) Reporting: Administrative → Factory Manager Functional → Head – Operations HR Recruitment & Manpower Planning (Ownership) Plan and ensure on-time manpower filling (workers & staff). Approve and monitor worker recruitment. Coordinate staff recruitment with Admin & Corporate HR approval. Review recruitment status and manpower gaps. Ensure recruitment process effectiveness in HRMS. Onboarding & Induction (Control & Review) Ensure compliance in document verification & joining formalities. Oversee HRMS enrollment and biometric activation. Ensure induction programs are completed and effective. Address onboarding issues and early attrition risks. Attendance & Leave Management (Monitoring) Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave patterns. Analyse trends and take corrective actions with Production & Admin. Ensure attendance discipline across factory. Payroll & Compensation (Accountability) Ensure accuracy and timeliness of worker wages, staff salary, full & final settlement, reimbursements, gratuity, attendance incentives, worker travel allowance, bonus & EL. Coordinate with Accounts & Corporate HR for payroll closure. Resolve payroll escalations. Statutory Compliance & Legal Ensure 100% statutory compliance. Oversee PF & ESI enrollment, challans, registers & returns. Coordinate statutory renewals. Handle death claim cases sensitively. Act as HR SPOC during inspections & audits. Performance Management System (PMS) Implement PMS. Guide HODs. Monitor timelines and quality. Share outcomes with Corporate HR. Employee Engagement & Relations Handle grievances, disciplinary actions and counselling. Maintain harmonious relations. Drive engagement activities. Training & Development Identify training needs. Plan and execute training. Evaluate effectiveness. Admin, Facility & Welfare – Oversight Oversee canteen, security, transport, maintenance, housekeeping, creche and OHC. Review uniforms, insurance and ICC compliance. Reporting, Budget & Governance Prepare monthly HR budget. Lead MRM preparation. Review HR reports. Update org chart, transfers & promotions. Support Corporate HR initiatives. Overall Accountability People stability, compliance & audit readiness, PMS & training effectiveness, alignment with Operations HR Head.
