Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a District Manager based in Kalahandi. The District Manager will oversee and manage Sahaj Kendras, ensuring efficient service delivery and franchise activation within the district. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance service coverage, supporting Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), monitoring operational performance, and achieving market penetration goals. The role also involves fostering community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to drive growth and development in the region. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Proficiency in operations management, planning, and strategic execution Knowledge of rural markets, franchise models, and community engagement Problem-solving skills and ability to address operational challenges effectively Experience in financial services, digital service delivery, and entrepreneurship support is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in local language preferred Bachelor's degree in business management, social work, or a related field, with relevant work experience
