Known for our timeless designs, personalized service, and attention to detail, we are now seeking a passionate and driven Boutique Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a smooth and luxury customer experience Manage a team of stylists and support staff – training, scheduling, and performance monitoring Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice Handle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care Maintain inventory – including stock checks, ordering, and display management Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections Maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand’s premium image Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management Requirements: Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is a strong plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi What We Offer: Starting salary of ₹25,000/month with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a growing, well-established bridal label Professional development and training Creative and respectful work environment
