About The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Associate who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and execution. This role will support the growth of multiple F&B brands under Eclectique Concepts through digital marketing, performance tracking, and campaign execution.This is not just a social media role — it is a strategic brand-building position.Key Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Management- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace platforms - Coordinate photoshoots, content creation, and influencer collaborations - Develop monthly marketing calendars and promotional strategies - Manage event marketing for nightlife and dining conceptsData & Performance Tracking- Monitor KPIs: ROAS, campaign performance, footfall, AOV, conversion rates - Analyze Foodpanda, Grab, Deliveroo dashboards and marketplace analytics - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership - Support revenue optimization initiativesCross-Functional Coordination- Work closely with operations, chefs, bar teams, and external agencies - Support brand launches and new concept rollouts - Assist in loyalty program and digital asset development initiativesRequirements- 1–3 years experience in marketing (F&B preferred but not mandatory) - Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms - Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis - Creative mindset with structured thinking - Strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred- Experience in hospitality/nightlife marketing - Basic graphic or Canva skills - Understanding of paid ads and performance marketingWhat We Offer- Exposure to multiple F&B brands - Direct mentorship under senior leadership - Opportunity to work on brand launches and strategic growth initiatives - Fast-growth environment with high ownership
