AI Automation Consultant

As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our company.The RoleWe are seeking experienced AI Automation Consultant to support a structured operational audit and automation initiative across multiple business functions.This is a project-based engagement. Each engagement will be scoped around clearly defined audit and implementation objectives within a specific functional area.We are looking for consultants with deep AI automation experience in one or more of the following domains:- Sales & Customer Success - Marketing - Content & Video Production - Product OperationsScope1. Workflow Audit- Map end-to-end processes - Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks - Assess data flows and system integrations - Quantify time inefficiencies and performance gaps2. Automation Design- Propose AI-enabled workflow solutions - Define system architecture and integration requirements - Recommend tools and technology stack - Prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact3. Implementation- Build and deploy automation workflows - Integrate with existing systems (CRM, marketing platforms, internal tools, etc.) - Launch pilot use cases - Measure and report performance impact4. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer- Provide clear technical documentation - Create process playbooksRequirements- Experience designing and deploying automation systems in either Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Content Production, HR or Finance. - Demonstrated success leading initiatives that drove quantifiable efficiency or revenue gains for the business. - Experience with modern AI and automation tools such as: - LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures - Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) - Agent-based automation systems - CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
