US Multifamily Housing Compliance Specialist

We seek an experienced professional with a strong understanding of US HUD compliance requirements and hands-on experience in multifamily housing audits. Key responsibilities include conducting audits according to US GAAP and HUD guidelines, reviewing and assessing financial statements, compliance reports, and supporting documentation. Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with HUD regulations. Perform audits related to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and other affordable housing programs. Collaborate with clients to resolve audit findings and provide recommendations for improvements. Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and strong knowledge of US GAAP, HUD audit protocols, and LIHTC compliance.
