We are now seeking aChartered Accountantwith experience in EPC or construction-based companies to lead this initiative.Role OverviewWe are looking for aqualified Chartered Accountant (CA)who can streamline and strengthen our accounting and compliance framework. The candidate will also work closely with our finance and management teams to establish systems aligned with SEBI and Companies Act standards for IPO compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and refine the company’s existingaccounting and internal control systems . Prepare and alignfinancial statementsas per IPO and regulatory requirements. Work onaudit coordination, due diligence, and financial reporting . Ensuretax compliance, statutory filings, and ROC obligationsare up to date. Collaborate with external consultants, auditors, and merchant bankers involved in IPO planning. Providefinancial insights and MIS reportsto management for strategic decision-making. Develop policies to enhancetransparency and reporting accuracy .Required Qualifications & ExperienceCA (Chartered Accountant)with 3–8 years of post-qualification experience. Prior experience inEPC, infrastructure, or construction-based companiesismandatory . Strong understanding ofaccounting standards, financial controls, and statutory compliance . Experience withIPO processes / SEBI / ROC documentationis highly desirable. Proficiency inTally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel .
