Technical & AI Skills: Generative AI Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of modern hyper-realistic AI tools for a variety of media, including: Visuals: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly, etc. Copywriting/Content: GPT-4, Claude, etc. Traditional Media: Tools that can generate print-ready newspaper ads, outdoor creatives, etc. Website Design: Knowledge of AI-powered web design tools and platforms. AI Agent Development: Experience in building, training, and deploying AI agents that can autonomously execute complex tasks based on a brief. This is the core of what you're looking for. Automation Platforms: Proficiency with automation platforms and tools like Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, or n8n to connect various AI models and software. API Integration: The ability to connect different AI tools, data sources, and agency systems via APIs. Data Analysis & NLP: A strong understanding of how to interpret client briefs (Natural Language Processing) and leverage data to train and refine AI models for better creative output. Prompt Engineering: The ability to write precise, effective prompts to guide AI models to produce the desired creative assets. Knowledge of ML/AI Principles: A fundamental understanding of machine learning and AI concepts to build robust and scalable systems. Creative & Strategic Skills: Creative Vision: The ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into a compelling, visually and conceptually sound creative output, even when using AI. Strategic Thinking: The capacity to think beyond just the technical execution and devise a strategy for how AI can fundamentally transform the agency's creative process and offerings. Problem-Solving: The creativity to troubleshoot AI "hallucinations" and unexpected outputs, and the technical skill to fix the underlying process. Project Management: The ability to manage the end-to-end process, from brief to final delivery, using a purely automated workflow.
