Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Business Sales Representative. In this role, you will identify and establish relationships with potential clients, manage accounts, and drive sales to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include promoting company products and services, addressing clients' needs, generating leads, maintaining consistent communication, and negotiating contracts to close sales agreements. Qualifications - Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets - Experience in Customer Service and Account Management, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction - Excellent Communication skills, including persuasive speaking and negotiation abilities - Capability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively - Proficiency with CRM tools and relevant sales software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Previous experience in the technology or IT solutions sector is highly advantageous Compensation Structure: Meeting Incentive: - ₹500 per qualified meeting conducted (only for successfully completed meetings) till you reach your first deal. (KPIs will be discussed after the Offer Letter.) Deal-Based Salary Tier: (Minimum Ticket Requirement) - 1st Deal: ₹10,000 (5 Meetings mandatory) - 2nd Deal: ₹15,000 (7 Meetings mandatory) - 3rd Deal: ₹20,000 (10 Meetings mandatory) - 4th Deal: ₹25,000 (12 Meetings mandatory) - 5th Deal: ₹30,000 (15 Meetings mandatory) Commission Structure (On Profit Generated) - Deals 1–10: 5% commission - Deals 11–20: 10% commission - Deals 21+: To be decided based on performance Uncapped incentives and commissions — your earning potential scales directly with your performance. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate qualified leads - Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms - Schedule and successfully complete client meetings - Present and pitch company services - Assist in negotiations and close deals - Build and maintain long-term client relationships Probation & Performance Review - 90-day probation period (mandatory) - Evaluation based on: - Meetings conducted - Deals closed - Revenue generated - Attendence - Professionalism Post-probation: Salary revision, role upgrade, and performance-based incentives will be reviewed.
