We are driven by innovation, agility, and a passion for delivering value to our clients across the globe.Responsibilities: Research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, UpLead, etc. Perform outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads. Pitch NeXera’ s value proposition inWorkday , ERP, and IT consulting services to prospects globally. Engage and schedule meetings with influencers and decision-makers (Directors, VPs, and senior leadership in IT or HRIS). Collaborate with internal sales and leadership teams to refine strategies and exceed targets. Regularly follow up with warm and cold leads consistently. Accurately log all activities inHubSpot CRM .Requirements: 1-3 years of inside sales or lead generation experience on an international level (selling over the phone, cold calling, email, LinkedIn), preferably IT services or software business in the US or international market Strong fluency in English, clear and polished written and spoken communication skills Confident and persuasive phone presence with international customers/prospects. Understanding of sales in IT Services, ERP, and cloud technologies. Willingness to learn newer services quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic and comfortable working independently. Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data Research tools and Email Platforms. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).Why join us?
