ThreatXIntel is committed to enabling business growth through secure, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions.Job Role We are seeking an experienced BRM Data Migration Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) migration projects within Telecom BSS environments.The consultant will lead end-to-end data migration activities including migration strategy, execution, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization for telecom billing systems.This is a hands-on technical role, not operations or support-focused.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute BRM Data Migration Strategy and implementation plans.Work across all BRM data migration components.Perform migration using BRM-CMT tools and SQL-based migration techniques.Analyze legacy systems and perform data mapping to BRM 12 schema.Handle data conversion, encrypted data migration, and transformation logic.Execute data loading and integrate with Northbound/Southbound systems.Validate migrated data including:EventsBillsInvoicesOpen ItemsDunning processesPerform parallel bill runs and migration dry runs.Develop reconciliation scripts and migration validation reports.Execute performance testing to minimize migration downtime.Create and manage Cutover Runbooks.Generate migration status and analytical reports using SQL/bursting queries.Collaborate with telecom stakeholders and customer teams.Mandatory Technical SkillsOracle BRM MigrationStrong experience in BRM Data MigrationHands-on knowledge of BRM 12 SchemaExperience using BRM-CMT migration toolsData migration validation and integrity testingDevelopment & ProgrammingJava developmentOracle Database 12c / 19cPL/SQL scriptingPCM JavaBRM Web ServicesScripting (Perl / Python)Migration & IntegrationLegacy data mapping and data modelingEncrypted data handlingData loading and system integrationMigration reporting and reconciliationInfrastructureKubernetes knowledgeExposure to cloud or on-premise BRM deploymentsDesirable SkillsTelecom BSS/OSS domain knowledgePrepaid/Postpaid Billing (Voice, SMS, Data, Broadband)Agile / Scrum / DevOps environmentsCustomer-facing consulting experienceWorkshop facilitation with telecom clientsCloud technologies exposureSoft SkillsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to lead migration discussions independently
