SAP FICO Consultant @ RemoteJob Summary: We are seeking an experiencedSAP FICO Consultantto join our team remotely in the USA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience inSAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules , with a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and optimizing financial processes within theSAP ECC environment . You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze business requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful SAP FICO implementations.Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations withinSAP ECC , from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Configure SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements, includingGeneral Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing . Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand and analyze business needs. Develop functional specifications, perform system configurations, and customize SAP FICO functionalities withinSAP ECC . Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP ECC modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems. Provide expert guidance onfinancial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting . Support data migration and validation efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and maintain detailed documentation, includingfunctional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials . Provide post-implementation support and user training. Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Information Systems , or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experienceas an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least two full lifecycle implementations. Mandatory experience with SAP ECC(Finance and Controlling modules). Proficiency in configuringSAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing) . Strong understanding offinancial accounting, cost controlling, and reporting processes . Experience withSAP S/4HANA Financeis a plus. Knowledge ofintegration points between FICO and other SAP ECC modules(e.g., MM, SD, PP). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot configuration and functional issues. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. SAP FICO certificationis a plus.
