Human Resources CoordinatorJob SummaryThe HR Coordinator supports core HR operations with primary responsibility for employee onboarding and offboarding, initiating and managing Workday business processes, drafting and routing job change documentation, and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness across the employee lifecycle. This role also serves as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, directing employees to appropriate resources, tools, or HR partners while delivering consistent and professional employee experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Pre-Employment Processing:• Initiate and manage onboarding activities including background checks and new hire documentation.• Initiate Workday Hire business processes and validate accuracy of all data elements.• Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding steps and timelines.Offboarding & Employee Separations:• Initiate Workday Termination business processes and manage offboarding documentation.• Coordinate separation activities with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HR partners.Workday Business Processes & Job Changes:• Initiate Workday job change, transfer, promotion, and reporting structure processes.• Draft and route job change letters for review and approval.• Monitor workflows and follow up on pending approvals.HR Inbox & Employee Support:• Monitor and respond to HR inbox inquiries.• Direct employees to self-service tools, policies, or appropriate HR contacts.• Escalate complex or sensitive matters appropriately.Audits, Compliance & Training Administration:• Conduct quarterly audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Monitor document signatures for policy acknowledgements and new hire documentation.• Track required training and follow up on incomplete items.Required Qualifications• 1–4 years of HR administration or HR operations experience.• Experience initiating HRIS transactions; Workday experience strongly preferred.• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.• Good to excellent English skills – speaking, reading and writing.Please share the profiles on
