As a versatile service provider, we empower businesses through cutting-edge technology, data-driven strategies, and expert consultancy.About the JobAs a QA in Channel Execution, you will serve as a liaison between the Marketing partners, Product Owner, and Execution Scrum Teams to analyze and test against business requirements. You will partner with marketing and product teams to develop, customize, and drive the testing strategy that will deliver products that meet customer expectations and result in realizing the planned business value. You will help create and refine requirements, own issues as they arise, and troubleshoot defects with the execution team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to play an active role in developing overall execution of E2E testing. This role will work with cross-disciplinary teams including Marketing, Product, technology, and other delivery teams to develop robust testing strategies to drive execution excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesA successful candidate will be passionate about disciplined, comprehensive execution in an Agile framework with a strong desire to deliver impactful user experiences to our clients and customers and partnering with execution managers to drive overall testing strategy and execution across large, highly visible marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Partnering with Marketing Team, Product Owners and Execution managers for ongoing refinement and execution of marketing campaigns.Managing the User Acceptance Testing practice for 1000s of marketing initiatives across various channels.Driving the overarching testing strategy and planning through execution of testing, working with process owners, product managers, functional areas, design teams and development.Defining complex test strategies involving internal applications, 3rd party vendor applications, as well as desktop and/or mobile applications.Managing process improvement and analysis across large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areas.Facilitating cross-LOB process improvement discussions with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization to drive identified issues to resolution.Establishing, maintaining, and managing strategic Business and IT relationships.Driving adoption of continuous improvement.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience.Experience & Technical Skills: 5-7 years in Quality Assurance / Software Product testing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience/exposure in a Quality Assurance, Product Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and people management role. Experience in testing frameworks across industries that directly relate to banking or financial services is preferred.Test Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated experience in developing manual test plans and managing issue resolution. Ability to help design, develop, and implement test plans, scripts, and tools using detailed business requirements. A strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices as they relate to the Product Development Life Cycle.Agile Expertise: Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies. Self-starter with in-depth, hands-on experience driving end-to-end product development processes.Process & Quality Management: Ownership of controls across the UAT process, ensuring minimized risk to the firm and mitigation of issues impacting the customer experience. Driving root cause analysis around defects to drive identification of breaks in process and ongoing improvements. Developing and maintaining standards and processes; managing quality improvement activities. Creating common business specific quality measurement frameworks and tracking improvement against these metrics.Communication & Collaboration: Written and verbal communication skills – able to present status, facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing, and organized manner. Experience working with teams located globally.Operational Adaptability: Able to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives. Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines.
