Experience: 2–4 Years Engagement: 12-Month Contract Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST) Location: Remote Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Pardot Certified Expert to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email and paid media. This role will manage end-to-end campaign execution in Pardot and Demandbase, including audience segmentation, campaign builds, testing, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned, targeted, and performance-driven for US-based stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Channel & Campaign Management (Email and Paid Media) - Build, test, launch, and optimize campaigns across email (Pardot) and paid media platforms (e.g., , Demandbase) - Execute audience segmentation and targeting strategies using prospect data, insights, and campaign objectives - Refine targeting through segmentation, audience analysis, and collaboration with content/creative teams - Optimize ad and email performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous adjustments - Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging standards Pardot & Demandbase Execution - Build and deploy Pardot emails, Engagement Studio programs, forms, landing pages, and automation rules - Execute account-based and paid media campaigns in Demandbase as per campaign plans - Manage prospect lists, segmentation, scoring, grading, and lifecycle stages - Coordinate campaign setup across platforms to ensure consistent targeting and messaging Salesforce–Pardot Integration - Maintain sync between Salesforce CRM and Pardot (fields, campaigns, objects) - Support lead routing, assignment logic, and campaign attribution tracking - Troubleshoot sync or data quality issues impacting campaign execution Performance Tracking & Optimization - Monitor and analyze campaign performance across email and paid channels - Create reports and dashboards for engagement, MQLs, conversions, and pipeline impact - Recommend optimizations based on performance data and testing results Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure asset readiness - Ensure assets are brand-aligned and optimized for campaign performance - Translate campaign briefs into Pardot/Demandbase execution plans - Work closely with US stakeholders to meet campaign timelines Must-Have Requirements - Pardot Specialist Certification (Mandatory) - 2–4 years hands-on Pardot - Experience executing email and paid media campaigns (/Demandbase preferred) - Strong segmentation, targeting, and audience strategy experience - Hands-on with Engagement Studio, automation rules, and campaign builds - Experience optimizing campaigns via testing and performance analysis - Understanding of Salesforce–Pardot integration - Comfortable working US shift
