The ideal candidate will take on responsibilities of a technical guidance provider with innovation in mind. , ensuring Agile best practices are followed and program execution is aligned with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of complex programs.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage key initiatives across multiple teams.- Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.- Monitor program execution and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.- Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams and Scrum Masters.- Track and report on program metrics, risks, and dependencies.Qualifications- Proven experience managing teams and initiatives at the domain level.- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in large organization- Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe framework.- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
