These positions are central to the University’s institutional excellence agenda, with responsibility for strengthening accreditation outcomes, ensuring compliance with global benchmarks, and advancing the University’s national and international rankings profile.Role Overview: The incumbent will lead end-to-end accreditation and ranking initiatives, working closely with senior leadership, academic units, and administrative departments to institutionalize best practices in quality assurance, data governance, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership for NAAC, NBA, ABET, AACSB, and other statutory or international accreditation processes. • Plan, coordinate, and execute data submissions for QS World University Rankings, Times Higher Education (THE), and NIRF. • Design, implement, and monitor institution-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with academic and administrative quality benchmarks. • Establish and oversee robust institutional data systems ensuring accuracy, audit-readiness, and regulatory compliance. • Coordinate Internal and External Academic & Administrative Audits (AAA) and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to support the University’s quality and rankings strategy.Eligibility & Experience: • Master’s degree from a recognized university (PhD preferred). • 8–10 years of progressive experience in higher education administration. • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated leadership in IQAC, accreditation, and ranking frameworks. • Strong command of QS, THE, and NIRF methodologies and accreditation standards. • Excellent analytical ability, documentation skills, and senior stakeholder coordination.Why Join Us: • Competitive compensation aligned with Tier-1 institutional benchmarks. • High-visibility leadership role with direct engagement with University leadership. • Opportunity to shape and strengthen the University’s national and global academic reputation.
