The company is dedicated to simplifying business processes, increasing workforce efficiency, and maximizing productivity for clients in today’s complex business environment.As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to creating sales strategy and execution of that strategy. Leading a team sales team, you will be generating opportunities and closing sales in the assigned markets/geographies. You will be targeting senior decision-makers and influencers at enterprise and mid-market customers and educating them about Alphavima solutions. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Prospecting Strategically identify and engage non-profit organizations that fit our ideal customer profile Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email sequences, and social outreach (LinkedIn, events, etc.) Qualify inbound leads and develop a consistent pipeline of high-intent prospects Use industry and donor management knowledge to establish rapport and relevance Sales Cycle Management Lead consultative discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations Own the full sales process — from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure Prepare compelling proposals and presentations aligned with non-profit goals and pain points Maintain opportunity data, forecasts, and customer interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Collaboration & Reporting Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align goals and feedback Provide insights to marketing for content targeting non-profit personas and donor engagement use cases Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solutions teams on complex deals or custom implementations Revenue & Target Ownership Meet and exceed revenue targets, conversion rates, and other KPIs Continuously improve sales performance through pipeline review, self-driven learning, and strategy refinement Maintain a strong understanding of the non-profit fundraising ecosystem and competitive landscapeREQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience as B2B BDM with SaaS or cloud-based software company Proven track record of closing mid- to high-value deals in an inside sales capacity Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and the SaaS sales cycle Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and manage a full sales funnel Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach Experience working with North American or international markets Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline
