Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar – Utility Scale)Experience: 10–14 years Location: Head Office/Gujarat / Rajasthan / Project Sites- as per the requirements.Role OverviewThe AGM – Solar Projects will be responsible for end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar power projects across Genedge’s portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and compliance with statutory and safety standards.Key Responsibilities1. Manage execution of MW-scale solar projects from site mobilization to commissioning2. Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams3.Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety4. Oversee civil, electrical, and evacuation activities at site5. Liaison with DISCOMs, STU/CTU, and government authorities for approvals and grid connectivity6. Track risks, resolve execution issues, and escalate where required7. Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance8.
