Performance Creative Designer (Static + UGC Ads)

We are a Canada-based performance marketing company running high-volume US traffic across lead generation verticals including Insurance, Finance, Refinance, Home Services, and Nutra.We are looking for a creative designer who understands how to create ads that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions not just ads that look visually appealing.This role focuses on producing high-performing ad creatives used in paid marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Research • Study and analyze successful advertisements in the market • Identify strong hooks, messaging angles, and offers • Recreate and improve proven creative conceptsStatic Ad Creation • Design high-performing image ads for marketing campaigns • Write short, compelling headlines and ad copy • Create multiple variations of ads for testingVideo Ad Creation • Create and edit short-form video ads (15–45 seconds) • Structure videos with strong hooks and clear messaging • Develop simple UGC-style ad formats designed for engagementRequirements• Minimum 2+ years of experience creating ad creatives or marketing creatives• Experience designing both static ads and short-form video content• Ability to share examples of previous creative work• Strong English writing skills for headlines and ad copy• Comfortable working in a remote team environmentTools & Skills• Video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut• Design tools such as Photoshop or CanvaPreferred Experience• Experience creating marketing creatives in industries such as Insurance, Finance, Refinance, Home Services, or Nutra• Understanding of direct-response or conversion-focused advertisingWhat We’re Looking For• A marketing-focused creative mindset• Ability to recreate and improve successful ad concepts• Fast execution and ability to produce multiple creative variations• Open to feedback and working in a testing-driven environmentCompensation• Competitive salary based on experience• Fully remote role• Long-term growth opportunityNote: This role focuses on advertising creatives.
