About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Network Infrastructure Consultant to assess, optimize, and design enterprise infrastructure across environments, including CQG integration. The role focuses on infrastructure modernization, cost optimization, and convergence to a target architecture (ISP 3.0).The role involves assessing current infrastructure, evaluating performance, and supporting M&A integration while designing target-state infrastructure architecture.ResponsibilitiesAssess current infrastructure (LAN/WAN, cloud, firewalls, routing, switching) and identify risks, gaps, and technical debtEvaluate performance, scalability, resilience, and virtualization opportunitiesReview and enhance change management processes and governance frameworksAnalyze data center (Colo) architecture and recommend optimization and cost reduction strategiesConduct infrastructure inventory audits and validate asset lifecycle and documentationDevelop gap analysis and prioritized remediation roadmap (short-term & long-term)Support M&A integration and define infrastructure convergence strategyDesign target-state infrastructure architecture and high-level designs (HLD)Build cost models, identify savings, and support business casesAssess infrastructure readiness for innovation initiativesKey DeliverablesInfrastructure Assessment & Risk ReportsChange Management FrameworkData Center Optimization PlanAsset Inventory & Audit ReportsRemediation Roadmap (90-day / 6–12 months)Integration & Convergence PlanTarget-State Architecture (HLD)Cost Model & Savings AnalysisInnovation Readiness AssessmentQualificationsStrong expertise in network and infrastructure architecture (LAN/WAN, cloud, Colo)Experience in M&A integration and infrastructure consolidationKnowledge of virtualization, governance, and change managementAbility to create architecture documents, roadmaps, and cost modelsStrong analytical and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with cloud technologies and servicesFamiliarity with industry standards and best practices
