Responsibilities Design customized training modules, including onboarding, leadership development, customer service, food safety, and compliance programs tailored to hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B). Deliver engaging training sessions using blended methods like workshops, e-learning, role-playing, and simulations to upskill 200+ staff members annually. Assess training needs through performance reviews, guest feedback, and departmental audits; collaborate with managers to create individualized development plans. Track program effectiveness using KPIs such as retention rates, employee satisfaction scores, and service quality metrics; report outcomes to senior leadership with actionable insights. Manage training budget, vendor relationships, and resources like LMS platforms; ensure all programs comply with labor laws, health/safety standards, and hotel brand guidelines. Foster a learning culture by mentoring trainers, organizing cross-training initiatives, and promoting internal career progression opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., digital hospitality tools, sustainability training) and integrate innovative best practices.
