We care far more about what you can build, deploy, and improve than where you worked or how many years of experience you have.If you can turn ambiguous problems into working AI solutions used by real customers, you will succeed here.What You Will Work On (Core AI Initiatives)You will directly contribute to MapleRecord’s AI roadmap, including:AI-powered FOI/ATIP request triage and classificationAutomatic sensitive data detection and redaction (PII, PHI, financial data)Intelligent records categorization and metadata extractionContext-aware search and summarization across recordsAI-assisted retention and disposition recommendationsAgent-based workflows for records processing and compliance checksSecure, auditable AI pipelines aligned with public-sector compliance needsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement GenAI solutions that move from prototype to productionBuild and integrate LLM-based services (RAG, agents, embeddings, classifiers)Work closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate real problems into AI featuresDevelop retrieval pipelines using vector databases and structured metadataImplement guardrails, prompt strategies, evaluation metrics, and auditabilityOptimize AI systems for cost, latency, accuracy, and scalabilityOwn features end-to-end: design → build → test → deploy → iterateContribute to architectural decisions for AI services within a SaaS platformWhat We Value More Than ExperienceYou do not need:A specific number of years in AIA big-tech backgroundA PhDYou must demonstrate:Ability to learn fast and ship real solutionsStrong problem-solving mindsetComfort working with ambiguityBias toward execution and measurable outcomes
