What We're Looking For - Final year MBA or 0–1 years of experience in business, finance, or a related field - At least one internship or role in a fintech, NBFC, bank, or financial services company — any function - You can write a clear, non-generic message in English - Comfortable doing research and outreach at volume without losing quality - Detail-oriented enough to keep a CRM clean without reminders What You'll Do - Research and build target account lists of NBFCs and fintechs - Identify the right decision-makers and run personalised and email outreach - Track responses, follow up, and hand off warm leads - Own Hubspot hygiene — every interaction logged - Prep background briefs on accounts before prospect calls Perks - Work directly with our COO and Founder on live enterprise deals - Pre-PPO track — strong performers convert to full-time with equity - Flat team, real ownership, no corporate bureaucracy - ₹20,000–25,000/month stipend
