Learn more about GyanDhan About the Role We seek a dynamic, results-driven Relationship Officer to fuel business growth for Abroad Education Loans. You'll build and nurture relationships with bank branch managers, study abroad consultants, and Education Loan DSAs, while generating high-quality leads and managing the full loan lifecycle—from sourcing to disbursement. The company will assign specific bank branches, consultants, and DSA networks for focused relationship management. This role demands proactive outreach, regular travel, and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad dreams. Key Responsibilities ● Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with study abroad consultants and Education Loan DSAs to generate qualified leads for abroad education loans. ● Maintain robust partnerships with Branch Managers and staff at assigned bank branches through consistent engagement, support, and visits. ● Drive lead generation via active outreach, branch/consultant visits, and relationship-building activities. ● Manage the end-to-end loan process, including customer interactions, documentation, processing, and disbursement. ● Conduct regular field visits for visibility, product training, and process updates to ensure steady business flow. ● Educate partners on GyanDhan’s product features, loan processes, and compliance requirements. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive relationship management and lead conversionRequirements ● Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of banking, financial products, or related fields (experience with education loans or study abroad financing preferred). ● Graduate in any discipline. ● Valid driving license with willingness to travel regularly across assigned branches, consultants, and DSA locations. ● Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language (Hindi preferred). ● Strong relationship management, negotiation, and persuasion skills. ● Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in the field.
