 Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.  Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.  Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.  Manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and regulatory standards.  Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and status reports.  Provide guidance on system integration of electronics with mechanical and software subsystems.  Oversee electronics testing, validation, and verification activities Who can apply?
