Student Guidance and EnrollmentYou will interact with prospective students to explain available courses andprograms. Your role will involve understanding their learning needs andguiding them toward suitable programs that align with their career goals.2. Lead Generation and OutreachYou will identify potential leads through networking, digital platforms, andreferrals. This will involve reaching out to prospective students or partnersthrough calls, emails, and online meetings to introduce them to the company’sofferings.3. Partnership DevelopmentYou will assist in building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges,coaching institutes, and training centers. These partnerships help expand thecompany’s reach and create opportunities for student enrollments.4. Sales Presentations and ConversionsYou will conduct presentations or demos to explain the benefits of thecompany’s courses and programs. The role also involves addressing queries,sharing program details, and supporting the process of converting interestedprospects into enrolled students.5. Relationship ManagementYou will maintain professional relationships with students, parents, andinstitutional partners. Ensuring a positive experience for students andaddressing their queries will be an important part of your responsibilities.6. Market AwarenessYou will stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and studentrequirements. Sharing insights with the team will help improve strategies andstrengthen the company’s offerings.Qualifications and Experience1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA isan added advantage.2. 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Student Counseling ispreferred but not mandatory.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Supportive and collaborative work environment.Compensation and Training PeriodTraining / Probation PeriodAs per company policy, selected candidates will undergo an initial training/probationperiod to understand the company’s products, processes, and sales approach.Compensation During Training / ProbationDuring the training or probation period, candidates will receive a fixed compensationof ₹10,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives based on individualperformance.Post-Training CompensationUpon successful completion of the training period, candidates will receive a fixedcompensation of ₹15,000 per month, along with attractive performance-basedincentives.This structure provides candidates with the opportunity to increase their overallearnings based on performance and contribution to the company’s growth.
