Job Title: ExecutiveDepartment: AdministrationLocation: Noida Sector - 158Job SummaryThe Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the purchase of goods and services required for organizational operations. The role involves vendor coordination, price negotiations, purchase order management, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.Key Responsibilities· Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services as per company requirements.· Identify and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.· Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.· Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.· Ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per requirement.· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for purchase needs.· Maintain records of vendor details, contracts, invoices, and procurement reports.· Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.· Support cost control and budget management initiatives.Qualifications & Skills· Bachelor’s degree in business administration / supply chain management / commerce or related field.· 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.· Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.· Good communication and coordination skills.· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
