The primary responsibilities include:Connecting with inbound leads via phone calls.Understanding their emotional triggers.Guiding them with empathy and conviction to the best decision for their health.Book 200+ qualified calls/month Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProven ability in prospecting and maintaining high show-up rate.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levelsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPrevious experience in appointment settingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWho We’re Looking For:Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or cold calling.Confident on calls with excellent verbal skills.Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions.Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST).What You’ll Earn:You’ll be compensated based on how well you convert.
