Head of Maintenance

Responsibilities Lead and manage all maintenance activities in the Cast House, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Supervise a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies. Ensure all documentation parts and weekly review to be ensured. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy industry maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Cast House or similar operations. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, furnaces, casting machines, and associated utilities. Proven track record in team management, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
