Job Title: Civil Engineer – Building ProjectsLocation: OdishaSalary: NegotiableNo of Position: 9Qualification:- Graduate in Civil Engineering (structure / P.H. / Building Services)Total Professional Experience:- Minimum 8-15 years of professional experience as an Civil Engineer in building construction projects. - Adequate experience in the construction and supervision of building projects. - Experience working as a Civil Engineer in building projects.Key Experience Requirements:Experience in similar capacity for building projects meeting any one of the following criteria:- RCC Multistoried Residential Building project of minimum 10,000 sqm with 4 or more storeys, OR - RCC building project of 5,000 sqm with 3 or more storeys, OR - Building project with a minimum value of ₹50 crore.Additionally:- Experience as an Civil Engineer in RCC multistoried residential building construction projects with the above specifications.Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of Structure and P.H in building projects. - Familiarity with MEP installations in RCC multi-storeyed buildings. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage site activities independently and work with multiple stakeholders. - Good understanding of relevant IS codes, NBC, and standard construction practices.Apply:Please send your updated CV and portfolio (if applicable) to hr.radiant.archi@ with the subject line:“ Structural/ P.H. / MEP Engineer – Building Projects– Odisha Project”.
