Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Training Head located in Jharsuguda. The Group Training Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire training function. This includes designing and implementing training programs, organizing and coordinating training schedules, and ensuring that all training objectives are met. The role also involves recruiting and mentoring new trainers, developing instructional materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Qualifications Experience in Training Management and Training Strong Organization Skills and the ability to coordinate multiple training programs Proficiency in Instructional Design Skills in Recruiting and onboarding new trainers Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
