Com / ./ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounts (Full time) fromreputed institute. Desired: CA/ CA (Intern) or MBA Finance. Experience: Essential: The candidate must have 7+ years ofexperience in Plant-Finance & Accounting Function, preferably in amanufacturing setup Desired: Project exposure would be an addedadvantage Job Profile: Position Description: The role is responsiblefor consolidation and preparation of company financial statements, reconciliation activities and overall financial closure process for thecompany. Position Responsibilities: Undertake periodicreview and implementation of accounting systems and SOPs followed across theorganization to ensure zero audit objections and adherence to statutorycompliances Oversee and facilitate preparation of monthly, quarterlyand annual financial reports for respective units Monitor accounting for all units including general ledger, fixed asset accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables and associatedbill passing and bank reconciliation activities, while ensuring adherence tostatutory requirements, corporate policies and procedure Carry out review of balances on accounting system andperform reconciliation exercise on a periodic basis for respective process orunit Maintain MIS for F & A monitoring and reporting, ensuresystem is up to date and explore further areas of automation regardingaccounting activities of respective units Monitor the pre-closing activity with respect to monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts like review of accounting entries, open line items etc. Functional Skills: Accounting standards Accounts Payable & Receivable Fixed Asset Accounting Cash Flow Management Behavioural Competencies: Cost consciousness Execution excellence Result orientation Team player Effective Communication Planning & Organizing General: Age years.
