Found in 2017 with the vision to deploy cutting edge technology in the manufacturing sector in India, Runaya aims to revolutionize the resources industry by creating innovative solutions.About REAPPL:Runaya Eckart Aluminium Powders Private Limited joint venture Runaya (60%) and Eckart (40%) is setting up a greenfield 5000 TPA gas atomized spherical aluminium powder plant at Jharsuguda, Odisha, adjacent to Vedanta’s aluminium smelter. The molten metal required shall be sourced from Vedanta smelter and the manufactured powders produced will cater to high-technology sectors such as aerospace, solar, automotive pigments, chemicals, and rocket boosters.About Eckart:Eckart is part of ALTANA and is the leading international manufacturer of metallic and pearlescent pigments for the paints and coatings industry, the graphic arts, plastics, aerated concrete and cosmetics industries. The product range encompasses all kinds of pigments and even press-ready metallic printing inks.The Opportunity – Roles & Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Strategy: Define scope, objectives, deliverables; conduct feasibility studies; develop project charter and execution plan; coordinate with consultants for design and technology selection. - Budgeting & Financial Control: Prepare/manage CAPEX & OPEX; identify funding sources; monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures. - EPC Management: Oversee design, procurement, and construction; select/manage EPC contractors and suppliers; ensure adherence to specs, quality, and timelines; review engineering drawings and layouts. - Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure EHS compliance; obtain permits; coordinate audits and inspections. - Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination: Build and lead multidisciplinary team; manage communication with internal/external stakeholders; act as primary decision-maker. - Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identify/mitigate risks; implement quality systems and safety protocols; monitor progress via KPIs and site reviews. - Commissioning & Handover: Oversee commissioning and operational readiness; ensure documentation and training; evaluate post-implementation performance.The Successful Candidate:- B.Tech in Metallurgical/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 10–15 years in project management, with 5+ years in metals/powder manufacturing (preferably aluminium). - Proven experience in large-scale greenfield/brownfield projects. - Preferably strong understanding of powder metallurgy, atomization processes, or aluminium smelting technologies.What We Offer:- Best-in-industry salary, bonus & cash incentives. - Best-in-class people practices and “Leadership from Within.” - Safe work environment with high engagement and empowerment. - Values-driven culture: Trust, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Excellence, Integrity, Care, Respect.If this sounds like you, apply now and be part of our exciting growth journey!
