3D Visualizer (Architecture & Urban Projects | 3ds Max, SketchUp & Rendering) Skyline Architectural Consultant Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India (On-site) | Full-time Role Summary We are hiring a skilled 3D Visualizer with strong experience in architectural visualization, realistic rendering, and presentation graphics for large-scale architecture, urban design, and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for professionals who can transform design concepts, CAD drawings, and layouts into high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations. Candidates whose experience is limited to basic 3D modeling, low-quality renders, or small interior/residential projects will not be the right fit for this role. About Skyline Architectural Consultant Skyline Architectural Consultant is a multidisciplinary architecture, urban planning, and infrastructure consultancy delivering large-scale public-sector and infrastructure projects across India. We collaborate with Government Departments, Urban Local Bodies, and developers to deliver visually compelling, technically accurate, and execution-ready design solutions. Key Responsibilities A. 3D Modeling & Visualization Develop detailed 3D models of buildings, urban environments, and infrastructure projects based on architectural drawings and design inputs. Create high-quality photorealistic renders, perspectives, and visual compositions for presentations and approvals. Prepare exterior and interior visualizations with accurate materials, lighting, textures, and landscaping elements. B. Rendering & Presentation Outputs Produce high-resolution still renders, walkthroughs, and animated videos for client presentations and marketing. Create conceptual and presentation visuals for competitions, government submissions, and stakeholder meetings. Enhance visual outputs using post-production tools like Photoshop for better realism and clarity. C. Design Coordination Collaborate with architects, planners, and engineers to understand design intent and translate it into visual outputs. Incorporate design revisions, client feedback, and site context into updated models and renders. Ensure visualizations align with project specifications, master plans, and design guidelines. D. Visualization Standards & Documentation Maintain organized project files, model libraries, textures, and render settings. Ensure consistency in visual style, lighting, and presentation quality across projects. Follow company standards for rendering quality, file management, and output formats.
