We work closely with government bodies, developers, and investors to deliver sustainable and financially viable infrastructure projects.Role OverviewWe are looking for a PPP Finance & Transactions Specialist to support financial structuring, modeling, and transaction advisory for Public–Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end participation across project feasibility, bid processes, and financial closure.This position is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to Indian PPP frameworks, infrastructure finance, and transaction advisory.Key Responsibilities- Develop, review, and validate financial models for PPP projects (BOT, HAM, DBFOT, Hybrid Annuity, EPC + O&M) - Conduct project feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value-for-money (VfM) analysis - Support transaction structuring, concession agreements, and commercial frameworks - Assist in bid process management including RFQ, RFP, bid evaluation, and negotiations - Coordinate with lenders, investors, government authorities, and legal advisors - Support financial due diligence and financial closure activities - Prepare investment memorandums (IMs), bid notes, financial presentations, and reports - Track PPP policy updates, procurement guidelines, and sector developmentsQualifications & Skills* Post-graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Infrastructure Planning; Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) strongly preferred or equivalent degree* 5 plus years of experience in Public–Private Partnership (PPP) projects, infrastructure finance, urban infrastructure development, real estate advisory, or government consulting environments* Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling for PPP and infrastructure projects, including project finance models, Viability Gap Funding (VGF) structures, debt–equity structuring, and scenario & sensitivity analysis* Proven experience in cash flow modeling, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), DSCR, bankability assessment, and investment appraisal for infrastructure and PPP assets* Demonstrated exposure to Transaction Advisory assignments, including feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, PPP concession structuring, risk allocation frameworks, and financial closure support* Experience in PPP policy formulation, framework development, and advisory support to government bodies, development authorities, and urban local bodies (ULBs)* Practical involvement in bid process management, including Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) drafting, bidder engagement, financial bid evaluation, and contract negotiation support* Strong understanding of PPP models such as DBFOT, HAM, EPC + O&M, Lease-cum-Development, and Hybrid Annuity Model across sectors like urban infrastructure, healthcare, transport, sports infrastructure, and real estate* High proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, PowerPoint investor presentations, investment memos, and data-driven decision support tools* Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial, commercial, and policy concepts to government officials, investors, lenders, and project sponsorsCandidates from Big 4 firms, management consulting, investment banking, infrastructure developers, PPP cells, or government advisory programs will be given preference.Mandatory Details (to be shared by candidates)- Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice PeriodHow to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated CV tocareers@Email Subject Format:Full Name | PPP Finance | Total Years of ExperienceWhy This Role?✔ Exposure to live PPP & infrastructure transactions✔ Work with government & private sector stakeholders✔ Long-term growth in infrastructure advisory & finance#PPPJobs #InfrastructureFinance #PPPFinance #TransactionAdvisory #InfrastructureJobs #FinanceCareers #IndiaJobs #JhansiJobs #ConsultingJobs
