Export Documentation Specialist

Hiring: E-Commerce & Export Dispatch Executive | VedaOils | JhajjarWe are a fast-growing D2C brand in natural cosmetic ingredients (essential oils, carrier oils, butters) looking for a sharp, detail-oriented person to own our dispatch operations end-to-end.What you'll do:- Process and fulfill daily Shopify orders accurately and on time - Coordinate international shipments via FedEx (documentation, AWBs, customs declarations) - Handle bulk B2B export orders — packing, labeling, and courier coordination - Track all shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues - Maintain dispatch records and coordinate with the warehouse and accounts teamWhat we need:- 2-5 years experience in e-commerce dispatch or export logistics - Hands-on experience with Shopify order management (preferred) - Working knowledge of FedEx shipping portal and international shipping documents (invoice, packing list, COO) - Familiarity with basic export compliance for cosmetic/natural products is a plus - Organized, proactive, and good at follow-upsWhat you get:- Fast-paced, growing brand environment - Direct ownership of a critical functionIMMEDIATE JOINER and Sal Upto 38 K
