Job Responsibilities :Perform Literature search for identified Adjuvants to determine synthesis route, Polymorphs, and analytical methods Conduct experimental trials to assess feasibility and optimization. Record all experiments in the laboratory notebook (LNB) and maintain corresponding analytical data in organized folders.Ensure all documentation meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.Work closely with the Analytical Research and Development (ARD) team on method development, in-process testing, and reference standards qualification.Participate in technology transfer at pilot and commercial scale.Prepare samples as per the customer's requirement.Enrolls for relevant learning / development programs to bridge competency gaps and provide training to contract manpower working with R&D.
