Chemical/ M. Sc. Chemistry + PDIS Designation - Sr. Manager- SHE Job location- Jhagadia, Ankleshwar Key Responsibilities Champion the culture of occupational health & safety excellence, evaluating & mitigating the risks associated at site through development of safe operating protocols. Formulates the EHS policies and procedures in compliance to responsible care & legal requirements. Ensure that the written standard operating procedure, preapproved instructions and all related documents used for EHS department are current and complete wrt good manufacturing practices; Responsible for conducting Risk Assessments in order to identify areas and actions that could pose a threat to the effective execution of project and timely completion of the identified action items. Maintain current onsite & offsite emergency plan and availability of PPEs & Safety systems with infrastructure at site Own the system for necessary work permits, inspection of the equipment’s from safety perspective, and ensuring safety compliance from the contractors. Accident investigation, analysis & implementation of the corrective actions Delivering effective and efficient Occupational Health & Safety Trainings to the manpower at shopfloor (company & third party manpower) Ensure periodic monitoring through gathering of data, analysis and proposing timely actions on the safety, health and environment with factual reporting of the EHS metrics to the senior management Keep the team of EHS department motivated & engaged to deliver the EHS objectives Perform the task assigned by the supervisor or management for any other job roles and responsibilities as per business needs.To apply, please send your resume [email protected] look forward to hearing from you soon!
