Qualifications Subject matter expertise in the relevant academic field. Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and academic advising. Research skills and experience in publishing academic work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant field. Experience in educational leadership is a plus.
