Conduct quality checks for various processes such as consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation, operations and maintenance those carried out by outsourced agencies 3. Steer consumer interactions and enable quick resolutions of issues / grievances 1. Go-Live of Smart Meters as per timeline 2.
