Site Safety Supervisor

Position: Site Safety Supervisor Nature of Job / Location: Jamshedpur General construction activity Confined space, moving machinery, gas hazard areas Night shift assignments Personnel Requirement: 1 Supervisor per 50 manpower (general construction) 1 Supervisor per 15 manpower (confined space/machinery/gas hazard) 1 Supervisor per 20 manpower (night shift) Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline with Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (State Technical Education) OR ITI / Certified Trade Test passed from NCVT (Rigger/Fitter/Welder) Minimum Experience: 7+ years of construction site experience, including 3 years as Site Safety Supervisor OR 15 years of construction site experience (for trade-certified candidates) Certification / Skills Required: Hands-on construction safety experience (7–20 years depending on qualification) Understanding of HIRA / Job Safety Analysis Govt. of India certified trade test (for trade category employees) Proficiency in Hindi and preferably local language Position: Site Safety Officer Nature of Job / Location: Vendor construction sites Personnel Requirement: 1 Officer per 500 manpower Minimum Qualification: B.Tech in any branch of Engineering with Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (State Technical Education) OR Diploma in Engineering / B.Sc. (PCM) with Post Diploma in Industrial Safety Minimum Experience: 7+ years at construction sites (for B.Tech candidates) 10+ years at construction sites (for Diploma/B.Sc. candidates) Certification / Skills Required: Awareness of statutory requirements & documentation Ability to develop and execute Safety Emergency Plans, SWPs, Standards Competence in safety training, assessments, and mock drills Experience in industrial mega projects (500+ personnel) Knowledge of OSHA standards & Factory Act 1948 Strong behavioral assessment and adaptability Adequate knowledge of local language (speaking & reading) Regards, Neha Khandelwal Note - We kindly request you not to contact us on our office number.
