With a vision to create an enlightened and equitable society, we are committed towards playing a larger role in India’s sustainable development by embedding wider economic, social and environmental objectives through its programmes.Location of Posting: JamshedpurEmployment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager - Education (Learning)--> Lead, Urban EducationPurpose of the Job: On Field implementation of Masti Ki Pathshala education programme along with administrative management through daily monitoring and effective community mobilization by liasoning with various stakeholders including community, schools and government, efficiently handle MIS, exigency-based situations, therewith mainstreaming the vulnerable children’s groups to the respective schools to attain CLFZ in and around the periphery of Jamshedpur.Key Deliverables:Survey out-of-school children and enroll them in Non-Residential Bridge Courses (NRBC) and Residential Bridge Courses centers (NRBCs) with the aim to provide Right to Education (RTE) in private and government schools and under RtE Sec-12(1)(c).Develop and implement annual learning plans and instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and leadership curriculums as per the need of the program for desirable learning outcomes.Conduct project wise training need analysis and lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high levels of learner engagement and knowledge retention.Deploy learning strategies across all the selected geographies, train the teachers, support through custom-made learning materials, TLMs, learning modules for inclusive learning and mentor the implementing team in overcoming challenges in learning aspects at project locations through monthly review meetings & periodic field visits.Ensuring all the children identified through the survey receive proper bridging cum foundational learning through a designed course curriculum and ensuring RBC & NRBC students achieve academic success with 100% transition to the next class.Monitoring, supervising, and reviewing the learning progress of the Facilitators & proper functioning & implementation of NRBCs, RBCs, FLNs, Functional Literacy & other new initiatives under Masti Ki Pathshala & Urban Education programmmesLiaison with local govt. & semi-govt. schools and implement FLN(Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) program in schools as per NEP guidelines.Encouraging children’s participations in national/international competitive events (e.g- Bebras Challenge; Olympiads), Computational Thinking, ensuring equal participation with proper implementationEstablish and strengthen the committees in the community such as Mother’s committee, Youth Committee, SMCs, Girls Right Protection Forum (GRPF), Child Right Protection Forum (CRPF), Bal Adhikar Suraksha Samity (BASS) and organize regular meetings thereby encouraging active community participation, ownership, sustainability, facilitating discussion and decision making to reach the most vulnerable and addressing the underlying issues affecting education like gender disparities, child labour and awareness..Prepare and manage MIS, reports of all the interventions carried out pertaining to data, documentation, achievements, progress and maintain a record in coordination with the team members and report on regular intervals to the reporting manager.Minimum Qualification: Graduation (candidates with specialization in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or equivalent disciplines preferred).Minimum No. of years of experience: 0-4 years.Behavioral Skills Required:Aligned to TATA Values (Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, Pioneering, Unity & Respect).Ability to engage across stakeholder groups, peers and communities.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.Self-Motivated, Result oriented, Sensitive to cultures & diversity.Demonstrable creative and innovative ability.Technical Skills Required:Knowledge of RTE & Elementary Education System (K-12 would be preferrable).Project Planning, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation.Digital ability is a must, Adept in Computer Literacy, dexterous with MS-Office.Good language and communication skills, read-speak-write English & Hindi.
