With a vision to create an enlightened and equitable society, we are committed towards playing a larger role in India’s sustainable development by embedding wider economic, social and environmental objectives through its programmes.Employment Type: Fixed-Term ContractLocation: JamshedpurKey Deliverables:1-Deaf ecosystem development including active engagement with Deaf community, Individual and family. Identifying gaps and supporting organization in fulfilling the gap as per need.2-Support development of Inclusive policies, programs, and accessibility frameworks, Referral networks for education, skill development, and employment of PwHI.3-Provide professional ISL interpretation for Highlevel interactions, conferences, leadership meetings, public events etc. based on organization requirements.4-Support online, hybrid, and inperson interpretation as per program requirements5-Promote representation, leadership, and empowerment of Deaf individuals across platforms6-Adapt interpretation for diverse Deaf users with varying linguistic and cultural needs7-Conduct Basic to Intermediate ISL training for Deaf individuals, Mainstream school teachers, students, Parents, caregivers, family members, employees and service providers.8-Develop and deliver Structured ISL learning modules, Practiceoriented sessions and assessments including Support and monitor ISL training programs across multiple geographies9-Support planning and execution of Disability Inclusion and Deaffocused initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams, interpreters, trainers, and external partners.10-Contribute ideas for Innovative Deafinclusive communication practices and usages of technology and digital accessibility for PwHI Support advocacy for recognition of ISL and rights of Deaf individualsMinimum Qualification: Diploma in Sign Language (ISLRTC or equivalent) – Required Bachelor’s degree in arts, Social Sciences, or related field – PreferredMinimum Work experience in years: 0- 4 Years of relevant experience.Technical Competencies:Documentation and ReportingCommunicationAdvanced proficiency in Sign LanguageStrong understanding of Deaf culture and Deaf identityTraining and facilitation skillsBehavioral Competencies:Aligned to TATA Values (Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, Pioneering, Unity & Respect)Strong Interpersonal Skills and Collaborative ApproachSelf-driven, result-oriented, committed to timelines.Strong community connect & team-spirit.Relationship Management.Strategic Thinking and Decision MakingAccountability and Ownership
