The role will focus on implementing entrepreneurship based on circular economy, fostering women led enterprises and will also anchor the leadership academy to build capacity of women leaders and promoting digital literacy to bridge digital divide.Key Deliverables:1- Lead initiatives on Recycle/Upcycling of Waste to create socially sustainable enterprises.2- Drive initiatives on Digital Literacy to enhance women’s access to technology and promote digital inclusion under G&CE vertical.3- Implement and manage the Leadership Academy4- Facilitating partnership and collaboration with external stakeholders and partners to strengthen the G&CE vertical.5- Monitor, document, and report progress of projects ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and sustainability outcomes.Minimum Qualification:Graduation (Social Work/ Rural Development or equivalent).Minimum No. of years of experience: 0-4 years.Behavioral Skills Required:Ability to engage across stakeholder groups, peers, and communities.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approachSelf-motivated, result-oriented, and sensitive to diversity.Technical Skills Required:Project Planning, ManagementDigital ability is a must; adept in computer literacy, dexterous with MS-OfficeFinancial Management in relation to CSR guidelines and constitutional frameworkGood drafting skills in relation to community development-related project proposalsGood communication (English, Hindi, and Local language), interpersonal, and negotiation skills are also essential.
