We are hiring: Operation Manager Full-Time Job Opportunity Location Preferred: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand Key Responsibilities: Coordinate trainer schedules, replacements, and session planning . Oversee student onboarding, attendance, and engagement . Handle student and trainer communication efficiently. Monitor session quality and ensure adherence to SOPs. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports .
